Got from the original single owner who kept receipts from every gas fillup and oil change since 92. Even had the coating on the engine bay he was too scared to wash off. Was about as stock as you can get it. I seriously doubt he was up to taking interior panels off and unbolting something he probably didn't even know what it was at the time. With that said, everyone calls these a "base" model when it's more like a limited edition. Have you ever seen one with ANY option added? They came in only one flavor from what I can tell. All NA, all electronic AC, all manual seats, and all 2+0. It's like there were no options for them even if you special ordered them. A base model is made to be a "base" that you can build upon, yet I have never seen anything added to a slicktop. There are plenty of people like myself that would have bought one just because they don't have t-tops yet would have liked the electronics package, bose, and leather. What their purpose for this I have no clue. The fact that they are lightweight and offer a bit more chassis stiffness is what everyone likes today. Until someone shows me a window sticker with "added options" I will still consider them a limited run edition and not a base model. So find me a window sticker oh mighty master of the pictures, until then i hope your t-tops drip on your head in every rain storm. :)
